Our office, in all its glory. Eggy, on the red carpet as befits him. I have, as you will perceive, taken this on a setting which removes all the colours except red. Neat, no?

Today I have written 1,294 words of my novella, taking me to a total of 8,009. So getting on for halfway I think. Of course this is very much a first draft.

And we took time out for a Nepali lunch at Gurkha Corner. I needed a siesta after that!
