Fairy Cakes for our Neice

Our niece was coming around today so Marlane made some Quiches (bang goes my diet!!) and I made some cakes. Thought I'd turn them into fairy cakes (yes, real whipped cream holding up the wings), or rather angel cakes in this case because Yani has a thing about greeting someone and mentally embracing them with angels wings as a sign of protection. She doesn't do anything or say anything, just thinks it but there has been a couple of time when people have said to her 'What did you just do to me', words to that effect. So they felt the power.
We thought angel cakes would be appropriate. Should have taken a photo of Yani, she's a pretty, petite, little thing who has the face of Michelle Pfeiffer. A lovely 'girl' with lovely children and husband.
