A mountain bike ride through Epping Forest this morning. My mate Bike Shop Nick and I got lost several times and eventually emerged at the bakers shop for tea and buns. Then we wound our way back up the hill and happened upon a new café which is excellent. Natalina has named her establishment after her dad - that's a nice touch. And she didn't mind us coming in all muddy. There was good cake and tasty coffee. All very good value and a nice chat.

So if you are up near the Wake Arms pop in and say Hello to ...

Yes I know that means "kitchen" but you get the idea.
