The Chaffinch

Today I attended the opening of a new path at the RSPB Lochwinnoch reserve. It is a great place to visit and a good place for a day out.

While there I took the opportunity to walk along some of the new path. I saw but missed taking a photograph of a vole as I was changing lenses at the time. However I did get this shot of a male and a female Chaffinch. The male is the more brightly coloured one.

Unfortunately the female Chaffinch is slightly out of focus, but I still thought it worth blipping.
