Flutterby

Is it a butterfly or a beautiful moth? I have no idea but it came in, sat nicely while I got the camera, took the shot and then gently put it back outside where it flew off.
It is dry here surprisingly as most areas seem to be having rain. But I heard on the radio that we are to have good weather over the weekend.
Having done a bit of research , it is a speckled wood butterfly!
