Day 5

A trip out to Gruyere to visit this lovely old town. We were introduced to the ways of making artisanal chocolate, including tasting an example of the original drink and chocolate in its various stages of production, including the pulp which surrounds a fresh cocoa bean. Couldn't resist buying some to bring home. We then headed for the cheese factory shop to buy some cheese to bring home as well.
