Peebles, Registration Day

In Peebles registering for Tour O' The Borders. So partner and I make a day of it. We have lunch in a pub that like the tardis, is much larger on the inside than expected. After lunch, I register for tomorrow's ride and pick up my race pack, and buy a cycle top.

Then we wander around the town centre for a bit. There seems to be a charity shop missing. I'm sure there was an Oxfam last year where a new looking Semi Chem is. In other shops, the cycle race vibe is not as big as Pitlochry, however Peebles has a TweedLove Festival for two weeks in May.

Its nice enough to sit outside for coffee, which I think is first this year. Then head home for some carbo loading and an early night.
