These are Victorian houses in a seaside town. I forgot about that little function that allows for low light pictures. I stumbled upon it in my settings and just barely remembered to turn it on in time for this picture. 
The extra photo is a silouette of the waterfront houses on Heck Avenue looking west, with my back to the Atlantic. I liked the streetlight.
