Keep calm.....

.....it's only Steve Harris!!!!

We went to a gig tonight to see British Lion, which is the side project of Iron Maiden bassist, Steve Harris.

Both Mr A & I are maiden fans and have been since our yoof, so to see one of the founding members was awesome!

Mr A was a bit starstruck; I was just struck by how small he is!!!

We waited in the car park after the gig, but another band member directed us back into the venue to meet the rest of the band.
Credit to King George's Hall in Blackburn for allowing this, most venues would kick people out and lock the doors.

Mr A brought his copy of 'Run to the Hills' for Steve to sign; this was the first record he ever bought, and I'm sure it will take pride of place in the panic room.
This photo will definitely be added to our selfie wall of fame too.

He was a lovely guy and the music wasn't bad either. A good way to spend a school night :-)
