Baba's Bread
My Mother-in-law makes fresh bread roughly every other day. She does it by hand, and bakes it in a crap old oven that needs a stick to keep the door closed. And yet it is delicious. I took this shot just after she'd opened the oven door. The smell was exquisite and you could still hear the crust of the bread slightly cracking.
All it needs now is some fresh picked tomatoes and cucumber, and some nice old Serbian sir (white cheese). Njam!
