Red Kite

Red Kite feather found on my run tonight!    Such amazing birds, I feel lucky to have come across a feather.

A field of cows got us hot footing it out of the field the other way!! 

5 miles tonight, I'm happy with that, even if Chris and I did get a little lost around country footpaths!

In other news, tired.com!  Another busy bee day.  Tomorrow I work from home and have my riding lesson!
