The urban cowboy is alive and well and living in Sydneham.Well not exactly,the urban cowboy's shit is still in Sydneham ,but it seems the cowboy has done a runner.
Mr Skelly has dumped 30,ooo TONNES of possible asbestos riddled crap inside and out of these warehouses.He left oweing $2 million and now it seems its going to cost another $3-5 million to dispose of this crap.How many lives have been put at risk by this totally ridiculous and unacceptable post -eathquake escapade.
