News from Edinburgh.

Mrs BR and Miss T have arrived safely in Edinburgh after a train journey which was not quite as expected. The booked seats in the quiet cabin turned out to be a table seat for four and the other two occupants were already on their fifth tin of beer (Miss T was counting) so a quick shift to some unbooked seats in the next car. There they were entertained by two well behaved children and their rowdy mother who gave a running commentary on everything she could see out of the window all the way there! Great fun. :)

They have been out and about in the glorious weather sampling the delights of the festival. They have walked the length of Princess Street twice, watched magicians, music folk and all manner of street artists. Then a ride on the big wheel to take this shot.  The extra appears to be the man of the trees.
