River

We had a nice long walk in the park this morning (distraction to keep me away from my squirrels). I played in the river for ages chasing after my ball. I don't even need my owner as I nudge the ball into the river using my nose and then jump in and retrieve it.
We went to the vet today. I was supposed to be having my booster injections but my owner was concerned about my weird behaviour and loss of appetite. The vet confirmed the false pregnancy thing that I am going through. I am even producing milk. As I have lost some weight she didn't want to give me the injections so I will have to go back again!!!
I didn't understand everything that was discussed but apparently the vet advised that my squirrels (phantom pups) got hidden. This was done without me noticing. I did look for them for a bit but I was played with a lot in the garden. More distraction. I even helped with gardening.
I was exhausted at bedtime so went into my crate without any crying.
