Dinner guests

It was back to Cowes, Isle of Wight for dinner tonight. This is the traditional Cowes Week dinner for Yachting Journalists' Association members and guests at the Sir Max Aitken Museum at Prospect House on Cowes High street and which backs onto the waterfront.
This is the ninth of these dinners I have attended over the years and it always provides a relaxing break for journalists in Cowes to report on the regatta activities. Nevertheless talk is inevitably about sailing and more often than not a touch of nostalgia as well.
This time there were approaching 70 in numbers who sat down in the famous hall of the museum. With sea bass caught off the Island as the main course, that's a lot of fish to catch.
