Persistent Pansies

In April I emptied my troughs of winter Pansies and Primroses, I didn't re-use all the troughs, just left a couple by the fence with the compost in. Last week I noticed something growing - today they look like this. Entirely self sown, not watered or tended in any way. Nature is wonderful!
