Chateau de Ocean Terminal?

I've heard, but never found the travel guide that says "Come to Ocean terminal, park your camper and have a whale of a time "near" Britannia".
Yes, its a night free of a pitch fee, but come on, there has to be better pitches than the wasteland at a commercial port!
