Dear Mr Mayor, thank you for making it so difficult to replace my lost travelcard today. No access to ticket offices because you're closing them and 25 mins on hold to speak to someone at TFL.

On the plus side I used contactless payment which is great.

Also wondering if I'm the only person who hears 'avoid car crash' rather than 'avoid card clash' in tube station announcements?
