THE LAZY CAT

A bit like me today. But then I did start to read a book about R.M. Rilke and  only the cat Murr in the novel of E.T.A. Hoffmann could read and write!
Exercise, even on ahot day is very much needed. Piet Hein and I started our walk climbing the hill at the other side of the valley. From one step follows another and after admiring the view upon the Krukenburg, we
decided to have a look upon Helmarshausen, because we had seen pictures in the paper that at least 40 storks had landed in a large field there.
We did not spot the birds, it seems they are still searching for a place to stay. Before they had come to Helmarshausen the story said, they were seen in Grebenstein, if however they were the same birds.

My haiku:

A cat does not need
To read or write in order
To have a satisfying life

And the proverb:

Enough to make a cat speak.
