water voles part 2...

We went back today, very early. We soon discovered this wasn't necessary as photowise the conduit was very dark and in shade. It was a beautiful morning so off we went for a walk before settling down at the conduit, waiting for water voles. Again we had an amazing few hours, lots of sightings - swimming, chomping grass, sitting, chomping apples and so on...It was very easy to see these elusive creatures and we felt very lucky :)
