Bowed...

Took the charges through to see the Kelpies.  

They were suitably impressed, although not as much as they were with the Helix Play Park.  

The first day of reigning it the fuck in passed without drama.  Berry, banana and oat smoothie for breakfast, mackerel and salad taken to the Kelpies for lunch, and a sticky chicken dish from the Hairy Bikers low fat recipe book for dinner - plus enough green tea to sink a ship.
