Field Trip

to the vet.  Found an avian vet who has chickens and was willing to look at Amy's bumblefoot.  She wants to avoid surgery so we are trying daily soaking in betadyne and antibiotics.  She had chicken speak down pat and her and Amy were having a great conversation.  As she hadn't worked on chickens with bumblefoot she considered it a learning experience and didn't charge me for the exam.  If we have to do surgery she will let me help her.  This was the best vet I've ever been to.
