Lagoon

Today we made a visit to Maspalomas, about 25 minutes away. It is a much bigger settlement, but with a wide nature reserve of extensive sand dunes to preserve the character of the landscape before the hotels were built to cater for tourism. It was an interesting place, but I much prefer our quieter village.
