Emptier nest

Not quite an empty nest, but considerably emptier. All the kittens have moved on to their forever homes, leaving us with Star, the kitten who chose us. A bit of a sad affair in many ways, but we know that the little characters will bring joy and love to other households now, and every family that adopted them were lovely and we know they'll be happy.

Now that things have calmed down, Little'un Joe and I built a big old cat tree/house for the for the grandkit (see what I did there?), and her mom to play around in. It was Joe's first taste of construction, and I think he's as chuffed with it as our feline family is.

So at last the kitten pics will slow down, and we can get back to normal. That'll make the internet happy... less cat pics :)
