Paklenica

We hired bikes from the hotel.

Not very fancy.
5 gears, a basket on the front and a kick-stand.

A little different from my carbon fibre racing bike!

Still, they worked.

We cycled up the coast to Zaton where Therry checked out the possibility of a horse ride.

We then pedaled on to the old city of Nin.

we had a coffee and an explore.

Therry went for a paddle in the sea lagoon just outside Nin.

This is a view across the lagoon towards the mountains of Paklenica National Park.

Paklenica is popular with climbers because of it's beautiful limestone gorges, cliffs and pinnacles.

I'd like to get there sometime.
