For Grown Ups

On the weekend my daughter bought me a present, a colouring book for grown ups, and some colouring pencils to go with it.
It is so much fun and quite relaxing, the pictures inside are very detailed so you need to concentrate. Apparently they are good for stress, and to keep your brain active she may be trying to tell me something. I have to tell her something I need another packet of coloured pencils I need more variety.
I did here on the radio today they are on the top 10 Australia book list.
