Marco Polo and a salad.

A Marco Polo is an open faced sandwich consisting of an English muffin, split, toasted and generously buttered, piled high with thinly sliced ham on one half and thinly sliced turkey on the other half and topped with broccoli spears and Hollandaise sauce. It is was delicious.
