Scout Conference

This is a day away at a scout conference that I could have done without.

Mind you, I couldn't help but admire the method by which they engaged as many leaders around the state as they could.
All speakers appeared on pre recorded videos at the same time across the state. It felt pretty slick.

One thing that was familiar to me was the repeated chorus of falling membership numbers and the strains of engaging volunteers to care for ageing properties.
These two were paying attention while I snapped away!
