Fabric stash

A trip into Lancaster today to visit two separate fabric shops. Whilst we definitely hadn't planned for the weather - dry at home but a substantial mizzle by the time we got into town - we were successful in our mission. Three lots of fabric in the factory shop - two lots of Liberty fabric and some John Lewis dressmaking material - and two lots in the fabric shop. So, three weeks left of the holidays and material enough to make two tops, a bag and a dress. Not sure if all of that will get done, particularly as the to do list before 1st September includes quite a few things to do at home and prep. for teaching, but I'm planning on giving it a go. 

In other news, Bailey has slept less today and almost got the idea of fetch this evening - before he decided he couldn't actually be bothered...
