Porto Street Dog

Have told Hector the street dogs in Porto are smarter than him. This is Cico, the nearest I could find to a Border in Portugal. There were not many dogs to be seen. However this one was wandering the streets and I enquired as to whom he belonged to. Nobody seemed to know but one man said his name was Cico and indicated round the corner. So I presume he was not a complete stray.
Now contemplating a radical removal of hair and a new look for Autumn 2015 for someone!?
