Attended the funeral of a life long friend of my mother in law today.  She was a wonderful person who 'lit up the room when she entered it'  and there was nothing she loved more than a party or a picnic.  Sadly today the weather was not good for picnics and we all got soaked when we came out of the church and ran back to our cars. Having arrived back at our seaside house the wind was terrific and the sun blazing.. yay!!  Flossie was delighted to have a walk along a deserted beach (much easier as we all know!) where she ran like the wind up, down and round and round.  Now... off to change and we are going to try a new restaurant for supper.. hope its good!!
