For blipsake

Had both hands full of shopping and after stopping off to look at a photography exhibition I was also running late.
The ugly metal fence has protected the public from the dangerous headstones for some time.  I can only imaging that no one can be found to pay the restoration bill.
I am pleased that finally, some effort has been made to improve the look of the fence at least.
