Another busy day in the tickle household. MrsT and L were up and away early with friends to more shows at the Edinburgh Festival leaving me to carry on with the gutting out of the home office.

Nearly there!

I managed a sneaky wee 7.4km run just before dinner time.

After dinner I had ten pin bowling ahead of the new season which starts on Tuesday.
