We walked our 20 kms alright and coz of the slopes it was for us flatlanders as if we walked a few more and coz of the burning sun it was as if we walked even more than than those few extra...

Half of our route was in the woods and thus half was out in today's burning sun with temps of 33°C like here in the blip.

I'd felt my energies go low coz of transperation, no matter the liters water I drank... till I got a sachet with ORS in the bottle = salt & suger ~ my dope that corrected me and my energy!
