Flying Visitor

I am writing this on Sunday 9th, so you will have gathered that this is actually a back blip. The Internet connection here hasn't been working since yesterday morning. That's part of the delay but there is another.
I did say a couple of weeks back that there was a big event looming for Sunday 9th. Now I can tell you what it is.
Mrs. Joesblips has taken a year off work and left today for her native Finland to enrol in a year long  course of study in Creative Writing. This means that I am back to a bachelor existence for many months to come. As you can imagine, there have been a lot of things to get right around the house recently and in addition she has rightly wanted to spend as much time together as has been possible. Hence I haven't had much time for commenting here in Blipland.
My thanks to the faithful ones who have stayed with me during a time when I haven't been commenting on your work. As you will know however, I have been looking at your blips and awarding stars and hearts whenever I thought they were merited. OK so, I will be back to commenting from tomorrow......... provided this internet repair holds good. Fingers crossed !
