Harvest

Not long now before the combines will be out , a few more sunny days and I should think the Barley will be ready, the wheat a while longer as it's still quite green.
We went to see the boat that needed a new home , it was bigger than we thought but lovely and would look great in the garden, just got to think of a way to get it home.
It was very peaceful and just a few cyclist past us by. We said hello to one of the horses and I took a few photos of some ruins before we headed to Inverness . We went to B&Q to get a few things we needed and I found myself outside looking at the plants and somehow some cyclamen and two Big fuchsias for £5 each ended up in the trolley ;)
Stopped for lunch at Munros and was  pleased to see that they now have a wonderful outside seating area surrounded in plants. I'd much rather be outside than in and we enjoyed a creamy Mushroom soup with bread and oatcakes. Bought two trays of six geraniums , buy one get one free, with lots of flowers still to come out and a tray of violas. Mike bought some tablet :)
Headed home via Killen and stopped to take some photos of the fields above Munlochy Bay. It was quite breezy and the barley was twisting and turning in the wind but looked very effective.
We watched the spitfire again but this time from the garden.
Thank you everyone for the comments, stars and hearts recently, I really do appreciate them )
