Little Ragged Robin

The family have just left for the airport, as Faye's boyfriend is flying back to Northern Ireland this evening, and then tomorrow Faye has to travel back to Aldershot. 

There's a little bit of tension in the household though, as on Thursday Lucie will get her A level results and also find out  whether or not she has a place at university.  We, on the other hand are expecting a fairly quiet week and we don't expect there to be much happening  -  neither of us will have any complaints about that.

I've blipped another Robin today  -  could be a youngster or maybe an adult in the midst of moulting  either way he's not looking very elegant;   Robins however have charm in bucket loads and to me his innate appeal still shines through.
