Winthagen

'Like a hare in the green field, lies Winthagen located in the Limburger landscape.' These are not my words, but it is the reason why this view  is indicated as a hotspot.

We had to run some errands in Heerlen and cycled passed it on our way back.


In the extra the fourth apple pie. This one is for the other neighbours. There are so many apples left on the tree! I remember that some years ago, the tree in the front garden has too given so many apples, but since then only a few per year. We'll see. In the meantime:ready, steady, bake!
