My view on life

In my role as site director this is where I tend to sit and direct operations. far too dusty and dirty inside the clede but the view from the door is pleasant enough - specially with clouds and the prospect of rain.
A day off from the courgette war with a visit to the campsite. Technical difficulties (Geoffrey had to drive down to the valley to get some lead) meant that the Friday night disco had not started before we left - shame.
High drama Sablieres style though with two Gendarme vans containing five gendarmes arriving and arresting some bloke for we know not what sort of skulduggery. First time I've ever seen any police in the valley.
