Stormy Weather

The red rocks and vortices of Sedona sleep snug in a blanket of clouds, awaiting the storm's fury.  Late-season monsoon storms took away my main reason for driving up north--to do some nighttime sky photography--but made a beautiful end to the day.  The drive home was alternately scary wet and magically beautiful as heavy storms broke up to fireworks shows of lightning and thunder.
