Pyracantha

My firethorn bush is loaded with berries that will continue to deepen in color right into the winter.
The birds love the berries so that brings some welcome entertainment. The only down side of this pretty evergreen is its long sharp thorns that are unforgiving to any unprepared gardener.
We've had a run of nice weather the past few days. It's been great spending time outdoors.
My husband returns from his business trip to Tampa, Florida in the morning. His convention went well and the awards banquet rewarded his excellent work with a trip for us to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in January. I'm looking forward to that!
