My beautiful girl is already tucked up in bed at not quite 6pm. She's at that point of trying to give up the daytime sleep. If she sleeps, she stays up til rather later. If she doesnt sleep, its a rather early crash and mega sleep scenario.

She's had a wonderful day today. She was up reasonably early and spent a long time on her chalk board. Both drawing and repeatedly cleaning it. She did some more writings of her name in a card for my new goddaughter and was dressed quite early, excited to see Bobbobs and go to nastics.

We got to gymnastics in time for a play in the playcentre but she had no interest, she preferred to be very very early and have a snack watching the big girls/boys ready for her class. She insisted on saving some of her snack because she wanted to share it with Bobbobs. She did well in the class today - some quite tricky stuff she was doing all on her own, with me stood back letting her try. Quite a few of the things she did she surprised me! Her independence in nastics has really come on. True to form, she was of course the very first to the bars and the very first on top of the parachute.

After nastics, she spent the afternoon playing at Bobbobs house so I could go meet and photograph my beautiful goddaughter, Olivia Rose. Bobbob's mummy said Katie was really good the whole time but quite upset by the big thunder storm that came mid afternoon. She happily had cuddles and came round though. When I arrived, she was bouncing on a bounce and spin zebra. Stood on its back. Cocky little monkey.
