Stones

We went for a long walk along the beach towards Sandwich today. The idea was to get to the mouth of the river to see if we could spot some seals but it was too far really. We took a picnic with us, so had a good time.

Went back to Deal and had a drink and a cake before heading to Deal Castle. Had a look round -where do 12 year old's get their energy from??!! I had to rein them in a bit as they were racing round the Castle, phones in hand and annoying other visitors!

Had a movie evening this evening - Pitch Perfect, pizza and popcorn! The girls had done one of the songs complete with dance routines at schoolong, so all of a sudden launched into it, along with the film - excellent!!

Suffice to say, they have gone to bed and the light has already gone off!

The girls were playing around throwing stones (the beach was deserted) in handfuls so managed to capture the pebbles as they started to fall.
