Standing Stones of Callanish

We had the opportunity to visit the Standing Stones of Callanish  this week when we were visiting the islands of Skye, Lewis and Harris.

It was a long held ambition to visit Callanish Stone Circles, hard to imagine they had been part of this landscape for 5000 years.
