Carron Dam.

This evening MaggieD and I drove up the River Carron to the big reservoir seeking sight of ospreys. We did see at least five of them but they were typically unco-operative and didn't fly within reasonable camera range.
However, I was struck by the sight of water cascading over the dam and down the spillway. Usually, at this time of year, the water level is several feet down below the top of the dam. And just to keep things going, while we were there, the rain started again!
Global warming? Hmmm!
