Ready....

Finally the last box of parts arrived for the new computer build and here it was all laid out ready to start....I just gazed at it all for a while, enjoying the moment...and taking pictures LOL
the kids oooed at all the shiny boxes and littleman so wanted to bust them all open :0)

the rest of the day was spent checking and double checking each step - replacing parts in old computers isn't scary, but my first full, brand new build was a bit scarier in reality than I had thought...so many hours spent picking out the perfect parts and all my hard saved cash...but it was fun, and as soon as I was done I was wishing I could do another :0)  so...anyone want a new computer?  LOL

I will post a pic of the beastie in all its glorious window sided, glowing led light beauty soon.

posting this from the new super fast beastie which can actually download pictures from my camera without having a coronary...finally finished copying over all the files from the old dinosaur and downloading all the programs, etc I needed today - blipping is already faster and easier :0)
