nice surprise from a ladyfriend over for Friday night dinner..she'd baked me this red wine cake thinking I needed a pick-me-up after a thoroughly knackering work week plus more madness to come.

It'll go down well with my cohorts on Saturday, as it's the last performance of Seussical, and I'm running front of house (144 kids onstage plus several hundred parents and other audience folk to look after - wah!)
