silky water

Went off with cameras to the River Almond just up river from the A90. I did see a dipper but by the time I had my camera out, found my glasses, it had gone, and then a dog walker came along to throw sticks into the river so the dipper never came back while I was there. However, as I left the path, I nattered to a man with a BIG lens who had managed to get a picture of a dipper further downstream.
So, this is taken using my new mirrorless camera, with lens hood fitted! I did have to do a severe crop as there was an ugly piece of polystyrene in the picture that I hadn't noticed when taking the image - too excited at using my new tech!
