Is it a bird?

I wish I'd seen what it was they were looking at, I was too busy concentrating on taking their picture from my rickshaw and timing it so that other traffic didn't cross in front of them.

Today's blip was a difficult choice. There were 3 or 4 others, all captured from the rickshaw but I'll maybe put them on the blog instead.
