For Helen

I found out today that one of my special ladies at the Nursing Home passed away suddenly on Tuesday.  She was the one I was worried about two weeks ago but last week had improved and was out of bed.   She was such a kind lady and always took an interest in me and Hamish.   Her passing has affected many of the residents one of whom told me today that she has spent the week crying and couldn't bear to go to the lounge for meals.   I saw this White Heron/Great Egret soaring while I was waiting to go to the next Nursing home with Hamish and thought of Helen.  Bless you.
